Default The old trade off - cost vs. value..........

All of us are at different points financially. Some just barely making the payments and some rolling in cash. I would love to have a set of lightweight forged SSR rims for track days but with about 40 other rims to my name, it is hard to go get 4 more. The Enkei wheels are alot less expensive and if you live where the roads are perfect, would be a good choice, but they are probably a good choice for trac events. Then put your money in some great R compounds.

Default i agree>>>

but he is looking to spend a few hundred $$$ more to get 4 new rims and tires vs just replacing the tires on the OEM rims....

Buyers remorse is what i see more than anything happening here, but it his money...

We should all go to a TT event and then make everyone swap wheels with the car on the right. -- jk

Default German Master Tech up the road has an Enkei wheel that split in half due to a pothole... which

probably means it had a manufacturing flaw, but still... it's damn ugly. I'll try to get a pic next time I'm there.
