It seems that big brother is watching - just what exactly are they able to watch?

This is all I could find so far on Job Trac
If this is it, it certainly doesn't sound like software to track your activities.

I think it allows them to actually track what you are typing on your keyboard. every single stroke! I am pretty sure I read about this a while ago.
