Default OT: Anyone know anything about a 1990 Ferarri Mondial T Convertible

Anyone with information as to reliability issues or problems areas?

Car has 18,000 and was just serviced. It appears cherry and is tight. Good pickup, handles well, engine sounds sweet. 300+ hp and much quicker than the 1988 Mondial I test drove a few months ago. Notchy shifter will take a little getting used to.

Keeping TT, just looking to get it as a weekend cruise around but will probably wind up driving it alot more, especially in the beginning. I have two small daughters so I need a four seater and I wanted a convertible. I have read and heard these were fairly reliable.

Mondials are interesting cars.. they're not so
much in the looks dept, but the T model (i think)
has that nice 3.4 litre v8 that was also in the
348. It sounds like you may have one of those..

They're purty reliable as a whole, but it all
depends on how attentive the previous owner was.
It should have all repair / maint records.. look
at them in detail. Hopefully it was serviced at
a single, reputable shop
