OT: Digital Camera Resource Page
Since many of us are considering purchasing digital cameras and related accessories, I wanted to share a resource I've been using to help with my purchasing decision.
There was also an article in today's San Diego Union Tribune that provided a good checklist to use when selecting a digital camera. If I can find a link for it, I'll post it after this message.
TP

And for side-by-side image comparisons...
...this site uses standard images taken with about a hundred cameras so that you can compare any two cameras head to head with the same image taken by both...

http://www.imaging-resource.com/IMCOMP/COMPS01.HTM</a

1 GB. memory coming up
I've always had a problem with the relatively small amount of memory available on most cameras. IBM has already announced a version of their Microdrive that holds 1GB. Several digital camera manuf. have already announced that they are developing cameras with the new drive. I believe it is Fuji that has a camera currently on the market with the 340MB. version of the microdrive.
