Highly agree, I have a pair of Er-4S and they are the finest 'phones I've heard except for

my Stax SR Lambda Pros with tube amp. :-)

true, wma isn't always better

The codec is written to handle lower bit rates better. At higher bit rates the difference in sound quality is negligable.
