My house heater quit somewhere in the night. I called two places that said that they couldn't come out. Called Sears Home Repair. They promised to be out after 1PM. I gave then my cell nbr and went to work out. When I get back there is a msg on the machine (NOT THE CELL) that says they can't make it. I call and cancel my Sears Credit Card.

Now I'm waiting at home for someone to be here between 1PM and 3PM RIGHT!
