Starting tomorrow, Handspring will give up $100 toward their $399 Edge model (the silver would be really the fastest color *did I say that?* for you Silver TTers. Nice sleek design is just the oppostie of my Prism (as much in need of a diet as me and the TTR against some other topless cars).
Anyway, see the occasional posting re: handhelds aka PDAs and thought I would pass this on.

http://www.handspring.com/company/pr53.jhtml</a

and couldn't justify another $399. This program also says that I can give my current Visor to my daugther and get the same $100 rebate. Now, that's very cool. Have coveted the red Edge...yum...love the fact that it recharges in the cradle and you don't need batteries.

I have an Edge and I love the sleek form factor and like it much more than the Palm Vx's I've seen. Unfortunately it's silver, so it's a bit slower than the red one they have. However, now Palm's M500 and M505 offer some competition if the company can manage to stay in business.

Kyocera SmartPhone anyway....PDA and Phone all in one. Much easier than carrying both. Even though the phone is bigger than i'd like....

Tempting, but I still like my ancient Palm III. I intend to wait until the end of this year before upgrading to a new unit as there is "supposed" to be a lot of new PDA units hitting the shelves then.
