OTS has seen my old seat cover and compared it to the new one which is much lighter in color and his
determination is......... I used treated my leather and that is why it is darker! So they aren't gonna do anything. Gee - do you think i'm surprised? I've treated them once - with Connely's I bought at the dealer. I'm so fricken pissed off right now. I have a custom two-toned interior and a car that no one would ever buy if I wanted to sell it - which right now I'm seriously considering. Why do they treat their customers like crap? Now it's my fault the seat colors don't match - I'm not the idiot who didn't question the fact that the color didn't match BEFORE they installed it. GGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRR
