Our xenon lights...are they true HID?
Hey all,
I still have these HID conversion kits from my old car which I never installed. I'm debating whether to install them in the TT (high beams and fogs) or to sell them on Ebay. Are our low beam Xenon lights just Xenon bulbs or is there a special balast system. Has anyone upgraded to HID or even considered it? Thanks.

Re: The low beams are HID's not just Xenon bulbs.
So I take it that NO ONE has done any high beam or fog light conversions to HID. I have an H1 kit and an H3 kit. I think I'll sell the H1 kit and then install the H3 kit for my fogs...I find the factory Xenon low beams to be adequate. If anyone has done any HID conversions please let me know. Thanks again.
