Default P1137 code-"long term, fuel bank 1, running too rich" ??

My CEL comes on almost randomly (anywhere from 3 to 10 days after being reset-)with the code shown above- No other codes are ever found- I have a 225QR, Neuspeed intake, Borla exhaust, REVO program with the SPS3 module- advance is set 3 "ticks" up, boost is at 6 "ticks" up. I normally run 93.5 octane fuel, here in Denver at 5300 feet altitude. Any thoughts ? I would think that if it were a MAF or O2 sensor problem, the code would drop immediately after being reset-

Default MAF, O2, or evap canister valve.

I've had my evap purge valve replaced, but I don't know what code it threw. I got a too lean code when my MAF went.
