Default Pac Northwest dealers and prices

Hi all,
I've been lurking here for awhile now and finally I should be able to place my order for a TTQC. I was wondering if anyone has any info on which dealers in the Portland/Seattle area are willing to go below MSRP. Right now I'm thinking 180 but if I can get them down low enough then a 225 might be doable. Unfortunately, the few places I've called so far are giving me the MSRP line. Thanks in advance for any help and thanks for the wealth of info that I've already picked up from this site.

You should expect to pay from $0 to $1000 under MSRP. Any more (less?) than that would be a steal in the NW, but not in some other areas of the country, as I'm sure you've seen here.

Default I bought mine from Barrier, but it really depends

Each dealer - University, Barrier, Northwest (Bellingham), and the one in Tacoma will have differing what lists. Ultimately it depends on who your sales guy is. Mine at Barrier (Admiral Flunder) was a very straight forward and agreeable guy. I also tried University, but was really turned off by the sales guy there. Others have differing experiences so call them all and go from there.

Default It will be hard to beat MSRP

...and do yourself a BIG favor and go for the 225! I started out at Barrier, but ended up at University Audi after waiting for about a year. University had me a car within a few months. (this was a year ago) Something tells me Barrier might give better service though, as they sell Porsches and Jags to all the fussy rich folks on the east side.

Seems a LOT of Barrier Audi buyers go to University for their service...

I will be going to University for my service as well. Barrier has a scary reputation for service.

Default John...email me...I have an option for you

I have a broker friend that can get you a TT for under MSRP. You didn't leave an email address..so I can't email you directly about this yet.

He works with individuals all over the US...but mostly in the western US.

Default Demand is not as strong as you would thing this spring due in part to the economy

Just picked up a slightly used 225 roadster for $5k under MSRP and was quoted $3k under MSRP for brand new one, both with the premium and Bose packages.

Thanks all for the quick responses! A 180QC is more in my price range but if I can get someone to deal on a 225 and get the price down a bit I'd probably jump on it. But, at this point I'm willing to sacrifice the extra horses to just get one Sunset Audi is actually the closest dealer to me so I'd be getting service done there regardless. Again, thanks for the info and hope I can meet up with some of the local TTers this summer
