Mine does this also....my solution?
I slide the seat all the way back as well as *lean* it back so that it actually rests against the back panel....
It is really a function of *cowl shake* and there is not much you can do about it other than what I mentioned.

Nice to know the passenger headrest rattles in both coupes AND roadsters...
Though I'm not sure what would rattle on the roadster, as on the coupe it SEEMS to be the button mechanism that allows you to adjust the height...
Perhaps Audi is actually providing maracas for our amusement (remove the headrest from the car and play it as a musical instrument... ;-))
