Default Passenger window loose

My wife was mentioning last weekend that it sounded like the window on the passenger side was open when we were driving. It wasn't, but today as I was washing the car I noticed that the window doesn't line up very well with weatherstriping. See below:

When I open and close the door, the auto-drop still works, but it just doesn't seat very well against the rubber. I can "nudge" it into place to get a tighter seal. I opened the door and grabbed a hold of the window, and found that I can wiggle it around, as if it is loose inside the door or something. The driver side window is rock-solid when I tried the same thing--doesn't budge.

Here is the driver side window for comparison:

Does anyone know how the window is secured inside the door? How tough is it to pull the door apart, tighten down whatever needs to be tightened, and put the door back together?

TIA for any help.

Default To take off the door panel just remove the rubber in front and behind (in the jams)

Then remove the circular cap under the door handle on the inside. you can remove it by putting a small pin or somethign in the hole under the circle piece. It then turns off. Inside there you will see a large torx bolt. Just uncrew it and left the door off.

Default WAK in the UK has a good write up on the door removal with pix...

When this happened to me I just aligned the window and then tightened the white plastic holders - they were pretty loose. As I didnt have the proper socket to fit the fastener, I just used the head of the long bolt that holds the door in to tighten the screw. It'll make more sense when you get the door off.

http://www.wak-tt.com/mods/doorpanel/doorpanel.htm</a
