Between the seats?. Yes, it is, check to see if you have the latch.

Default Yeah, it's there, but using the lock button behind the parking brake still leaves>>>

you able to pop it open by hand. If that isn't proper, then that's another thing on the list for the delaer to fix, along with my horn.

Mine is mounted low on the windsheild in the center, so I don't worry about it too much.

Ahhh, I see your problem. It only locks with the key or key fob, not the internal lock button.

I have a cordless Solo S2 and I usually keep it in the glove box. There's no cord, so it connects and disconnects in a snap. Not quite as sensitive as a V1, but it works very well, especially for a cordless unit. I really like the portability and no cords, FWIW.

I think they retail for $329, but you can probably find one on Ebay for low to mid $200s.

Default I had a V1 stolen from my A4 when I forgot to close the sunroof, so...

the top comes up or the V1 gets locked up.
