I just tried to replace my stock fog light bulbs with a pair of PIAA Ion Crystal H3 bulbs I bought from TT-Stuff and they immediately blow a fuse. What's up? The OEM bulbs are 25w and these PIAA's are 55w, which is a large jump but I have seen plenty of you all running these, any and all ideas welcome.

Yeah, they are direct physical replacements but if the bulbs that came out of there were 25w, I sure wouldn't put 55w ones in unless you want to melt some things...
Also the headlight switch is a weak link...More than a few cars have burned to the ground from a fault there. Sure you want to take the chance since this mod is purely for looks???
