Default Pics from roadtrip to Wyoming (BWW)

First off a big thanks to Russ (Scott) for doing the planning and setup for this, he even arranged to have perfect weather for the entire weekend I've been wanting to get back to Hwy296 in Wyoming since I drove it in 2003 coming back from TT-East, we were able to hit it 4 times while we were in the area The last run I made I passed a truck at the beginning and another at the end and the rest was all mine, at least 30 miles of twisties and beautiful scenery with no other cars. There's not really any way to describe it that even comes close to how good it was.
I met up with Russ in Boise on Thursday and we headed to Cody (thru Yellowstone) to meet his friend Bob on Friday. Saturday we headed up to Bear Tooth Pass which was reportedly closed, and it was but we were still able to hit at least 25miles of twisties and beautiful scenery until we got to the gates. After that we headed back to Hwy296 to play for a bit before stopping at Dead Indian Pass for some sunset pics. Sunday we made that final run down Hwy296 and then spent the day in Yellowstone and finally headed down to Moose in the Tetons. Monday we hit the sights around Jackson Hole and Tuesday we all headed for home.

Some interesting trip stats courtesy of Garmin:
Total trip miles - ~2500miles
Total driving time - ~40hrs
Moving average - 61mph
Max elevation - ~10200ft
Total altitude gained (and lost) - ~90k ft (!!)

Ok, on to the pics. I took about 700 but to be honest I wasn't really thrilled with most of them. It's hard finding unique shots of large landscapes like the Tetons. More pics available at my gallery

Depends on when and where TTW is but I'd really like to drive to it next year.
