O.K. it wasn't midnight but it was pretty late.
For all you Digi Cam buffs, here is the scoop...
this shot was taken with a 30 sec exposure.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/19014/30sec.jpg">
Now this is another 30 sec exposure but with some generic photoshop brightening. (Yes I need to clean my lenses)
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/19014/30sec.1.jpg">
And the finale with a 60 second exposure..remember these were taken at about 9:00pm with a half moon shining from my back.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/19014/60sec.jpg">
And here is my favorite night shot. (taken a few months ago for the original Photo contest but since I was posting night pics I thought I'd throw it in for any new people)

take pics of your car with the cactus "coming up through it"....
This is a major compositional no-no...and I've seen you do it several times...
It's similar to having a picture of a person with a telephone pole in the background...giving that "through the head" appearance...
If I was setting up that shot, the cactus would be in the lower LEFT side of the frame...(if nature permitted)..
All just my humble opinion, but food for thought...
