Default Planning on installing a Kenwood KVT-815, do I need a ground loop isolator? TIA!

Hi guys, I used to hang out in the B5 A4 forum, but I just picked up a TT a few days ago and have already ordered a Kenwood KVT-815 screen. Regarding installing it, I've already ordered all the Metra harnesses, etc. Do I need a ground loop isolator as well? Just for the front or do I need both front and rear? TIA!

Yes, for the front - gets rid of the "pop" when changing sources.

Default I had the car stereo shop in dallas put it in for 150 for me..I watched them do

it and was alot of work...the were able to put the brain and ipod adaptor underneath the passengers feat area somehow (didnt see that part) but the wiring whew...I would rather do what I know and let them do what they know how..Im not sure about the loop but you will need an antenna booster and plug into a power source when turing the key on..I would have a shop do it..Only took them 2hrs..The other guys who have this radio on the forum have had them professionally installed also
