plastic print on bumper
I just had my bumper repainted and when the put plastic around the car, texture on the paint showed up.. will this come home with a buffer?

it depends. if the plastic went on when the paint was wet or if the plastic went on when
the paint was dry, but moisture got between the bumper and plastic and dried.
if its the later...the textured paint should be able to buff out...that said, i haven't seen what it looks like, nor if the surface itself is textured, or just a textured haze.
