There is about a $50 difference between the two of them. Undecided on which one to get.
do they sound similar? Do they install the same? Which one has better fit/finish?
Should I be concerned about getting the blueflame exhaust shipped from the UK?
Thanks for the input. Andy

and decided on the blueflame. I did not want anything that was very loud, and I read that the borla is quite a bit louder than stock. The blueflame, on the other hand, sounds deeper, but not much louder. Hope this helps.

I had a Borla exhaust on an Alfa Romeo GTV6 and it drove me crazy. It was loud at any RPM. It sounded good around town, although the cops would always look because it was borderline in sound, but on the road you got tired of it after a while. The BlueFlame, on the other hand, sounds great all of the time. A nice gutteral sound at low RPM and no excess sound whatsoever on the open road.
It all depends on how loud you want it.

looks great, sounds great and great price. Package came beat-up courtesy of the USPS, but contents are wrapped in a mile of bubble. Finish is good, fit is alright. You will have to have someone weld the left tip on after you get it lined up.

but not bad. I've had mine for 4 yrs and my only problem is the drone which can get loud in the cabin.
Hope this helps.

i drove everyone on here crazy with that same question. i ended up going with the borla due to the aggressive sound. i wanted something that sounded meaner and could definitely be heard. the blueflame is quieter. i like the fit of the blueflame better because it's more adjustable. the biggest difference is the sound IMO.

I wonder if the customs agents want to peek inside to make sure that the contents are legit. I lost one of the bolts through the hole which I quickly made up through the "match-a-bolt" counter at AutoZone.

and enjoy it immensely. I can tell you the Borla not so much loud as it is very deep sounding. I've been complimented on three separate occasions on the sound of my exhaust so I'd say I'm not the only person who thinks it sounds good :-P...I'd say the best way is to ride in someone's car who has either a Borla or Blue Flame...Where are you located?

Borla Install
