Nope - Not driving a TT, but I thought I'd throw in a response

My answer is yes. Cut back a little bit, but not too much.

Default nope BUT

that was a concern when i bought the TT because b4 i had a little MR-Spyder that gets 22+mpg on local and over 28mpg on the freeway and i can feed it regular unleaded......

my mbz is a gas drinker besides its a 2.8L I6 it also got RENNTECH cams and cat back 3in exhaust so i get about 11-13mpg local and 20ish on the freeway and premium is a MUST

but i figure...what the heck i can pay an extra $50 a month on gas for a car that's more than twice as fast as the MR-Spyder LOL

No, I'd never make it to work with that strategy.

Yep, starting to drive in a higher gear. Used to keep revs around 2500, now about 1900 or so.

Default Nope, actually got a tank of 100 octane for $2.70/gal and been having heavy foot fun.

On the same day I filled the wife's car up and paid $2.43 for 93 octane at a Mobil.
