Poll: What do YOU say "awwdee" or "owwdee"

Languages have to be fairly prevalent, vernacular even, to evolve because of the use of one or another culture. That is simply not the case w/ Latin in modernity, IMO. I don't even know if public schools are still teaching anything beyond rudimentary Latin. Do you think? It is possible, however, that specific terms (such as in loco parentus), become part of a lingua franca and are thus subjected to the torments of regionalism... However, I simply don't believe this is the case with most Latin words or phrases... just my $.02
If you are interested in this topic, I know three excellent Latin teachers, and would be happy to ask their opinions... All though, I might develop a headache in the process... They tend to be long-winded on such topics!
