Default before posting on another lotus i think we should wait till the elise gets here

Cause knowing lotus theyll wait as long as possible to release another car, by pushing the date so far back the Elise will be old by then.

that said, i think an Mitsu Eclipse GSX is the uptimate rival for the TT. Similar HP, weight, length , both were Originally FWD engines modded to be AWD. The only real differance is class the TT IMHO is a step up.

Default Maybe you live in a far outpost with no Elise... that said, any Mitsu will not compete with the TT

A TT shopper won't be looking a Mitsubishi as a comparison, the Mitsu won't be as nice as a TT...

You're right. The TT is no match for the Lotus.

Default No doubt the Elise is a great performance/track car but

it is no daily driver- good luck driving comfortably on a road trip or even just with a passenger...

The TT is BY FAR a superior daily driver

Default Apples and Oranges as compared....

with the 1st and 2nd generation Elises' but a new midsize v6 would be a much fairer comparison.

Default I SAID spec V spec a GSX is very similar to a TT

and for your info i was looking into a EVO before i got my TT is heres one TT shopper who was looking at a Mitsu.

FYI
EVO > TT in terms of SPECS
TT = GSX up to debate
