Default speaking of which I almost finished pulling my head tonight...

Unfortunately, I realized too late that I didn't have the long torx for pulling the head bolts... But everything else is disconnected and I should get it off tomorrow night. I'll post another thread with some pics tomorrow night.

Default Sphericals are certainly possible.

It's just a matter of how much maintenance you're willing to do. Some areas of the country that see snow or rain are not suitable for spherical bearings in that area as it's completely exposed to the elements. I've done a few spherical bearing applications before for cars that are involved in competition and they've turned out well.

Default agreed....but i wonder how you address the fact mine is ok>>>

Eibach/Bilstein....i am still thinking there is an extension factor as you and I discussed Mike. When the suspension is FULLY dropped, like when the car is being worked on, is probably the MOST stressful moment for that point....

Wonder what their response would be to that geometry....

Default Our hubs are different - they are offset to work better with lowered vehicles

in fact H2sport sells hubs/spindles that are like the TT's as upgrades for MKIV cars.

Default Did you run them without a front bar? Also - Eibach Bilstein combo is the least drop

of any combo. At least I didn't get a response that they'd never seen that before!

Default No...never....front bar went in>>>

about a year before i installed them....

You would think they would put a disclaimer on them if they are a problem with lowered cars.....but i am still thinking it is more about suspension travel..
while the bilstein/eibach combo is the least, it is still 3/4" at least......

Angles, angles, angles....keep going through my head..
