My sad dumb story..bought a 2003 Coupe 225Q. last month from Sunset Audi in Portland, Or.
It is silver and the drivers door does not quite match the rest of the car. Very hard to tell, but on the first gray day of the year here, it really showed up as different. I crawled under the door..yup, silver paint on the rubber trim.
This was sold to me as a Certified pre owned Audi and , as the salesman said..Carfax approved.
I have put on 600 miles (300 from dealership to my house and one month of little driving)
Paid almost full asking price and am now quite pissed off.
Any options other than the title of this thread?
what I want is my money back ,say less $500.

Just because there was a small ding in the door and the paint isn't perfect you don't want the car?? That sounds a little extreme... the dealership will argue that they didn't know about it, so you will probably not be getting a refund unless you can prove they decieved you intentionally.
My advice is enjoy the car, it was made to be driven, not a garage queen.

it sucks, but go and see if a body shop can repaint the door and guarantee the color match this time around. Might cost ya $300-$400 total, but at least then you will be happy.

they probably don't match exactly either. That's more a matter of the difference of paint on plastic vs metal but it's still there. Try looking for a good (not a volume production) body shop that's willing to take the time to match the paint. That's probably about as good as you're gonna do.
