Default Problem during idle...

Anyone else experience a rough idle? When I first start the car, it doesn't happen, however once the car has warmed up a little, the car will sit at around 600-700 RMP, then drop to about 500 almost like it's about to stall, then corrects itself by reving up to 1000RPM. It's been like this for a while, anyone have any ideas?

TIA!!!

Well, the problem his is stays like that for the duration of the drive. Doesn't matter if it's warmed up or not. Even after a hot day of driving, it's still revs in neutral. It's really annoying when stopped at a light, everyone things I'm reving at them...
