Default Problems with window after replacing motor

The motor for the driverside window died, and I bought a new one and replaced it myself. Now it works but with a couple of minor faults. The window won't go all the way up/down if I'm not holding the switch all the time. And also when I open/close the door the window won't go down/up the half inch or so it did before. The latter don't bother me much but the first problem is a bit annoying.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Default You can try resetting the window. Might do the trick.
