PSA: JohnLZ7W's door panel removal instructions are excellent for replacing the mirror switch
and i think it should be possible to remove the mirror switch w/o removing the window switches/door pull

i think that if you spread the sides of the mirror switch holder with thin screwdrivers, you should be able to pop the switch out without removing the other parts.
