As a former Toyota and Lexus service director I can tell you the reliability of these two is probably better than Audi or Porsche - but they do tend to loosen up more and rattle in time, but they are not driver's cars like Audi's are(except for the Supra & GS) and do not have the passion factor. For a get to point b from point a person a Toyota is probably better basic transportation, and a lot cheaper to buy - but if you like to drive - then it is Audi! And that's all I got to say about that!<br>

If your dealer is on the top of the list for his region, it will be on prominent display in the showroom, if they are not top rated I would ask the sales mgr to show you the list for their region, if they refuse, I'd probably want to shop elsewhere.<br>I also believe that you can ask Audi USA directly.
