Quick quastion, having an argument with some idiots, does VAG Own Porsche?

I think Lamborghini Great Britain is just the importer for UK.

"In January 1994, Chrysler sold Lamborghini to Indonesian investors Mega Tech and on Christmas Eve of that year, Porsche Cars Great Britain Limited formed Lamborghini Great Britain Limited as the sole concessionaire for the importation and distribution of Lamborghini cars and products in the UK."
Porsche is held 50% by the porsche and piech families, and 50% share ownership. Those share are owned 25% private investors, and 25% institutional investors.
I really don't think VAG 'owns' Porsche. There is a family relationship, and there has been cooperation and sharing between the companies. Beyond that, I think the financial reports are pretty clear...
