A quick TT story before the SE TT Rally... Audi PR is not completely screwed...
I have a postal box at one of those private places like Mailboxes, Etc. The woman that owns it stopped me when I went to check my mail and asked if I have my new suspension and spoiler yet for my TT. She is not a car person or anything.
Evidently, I missed an article about it in the local fishwrapper a few weeks ago. (I get the newspaper so that I have something to recycle. :0)
We talked about the issue briefly, and then she offered "Seems pretty stupid to me, since the only problems have been over 100mph on the Autobahn. I guess Audi is still nervous in the States."
Maybe the real message Audi is trying to get across in the US IS getting across. She sure seemed to get it.
