Driver's side fan. I wonder if this is a connector - I replaced it six months ago...

no a/c on; then did an a/c read: 99C moving up to 100C; no fan.

Here's a test. After driving home in moderately warm weather, just let it sit in the driveway idling. Sooner or later --and prob'ly within 5 mins-- the fan will kick on for a couple of minutes. You might see the temp needle raise to 1 hash mark above 12 o'clock before if cycles on. Then it'll prob'ly run until the needle drops to the 12 o'clock mark.

I was running to 103/105C and up last 'spring' when ambient temps were in the 90's; I replaced the fan and engine coolant temps never went over 93C, so with temps only in the 70's and engine temps running back up, I worry...
