Default Rear taillights with yellow turn signals??

I hate having all-red. How American Automaker.

Anyone seen a taillight lens with a yellow turnsignal? Would the European lens fit the bill, or do their funky foglight/reverse light requirements kill the idea of using them in the US?

Any aftermarket manufacturers interested in making some? If so, any TTers interested in buying them?

I like it all red too, the only thing I dont like are the orange reflectors in the front lights and the fact that the turn signals are on when the lights are on. The European cars dont have this.

I much prefer the all red taillight lens. It keeps things very simple and clean.

Euro tail lights are all red too, I think. LarryTT and I have been discussing this offline.

Default I would prefer yellow turn signals for safety reasons as well as aesthetics (more)

IMHO turn signals and brake lights should be a different colour. It's tough to predict the intentions of a vehicle with one flashing red light - is it a turn signal, or is it a left-foot brake-rider with a burned-out bulb? Of course I know that nobody here drives a vehicle of that description:-)
Academic really, the use of turn signals here in FL is strictly optional, alas.

I thought yellow turn signals were mandatory in the UK - anyone care to confirm/deny?

225QC. BB/E, red lenses, working (and frequently-used) turn signals.

Default Red more pure in detail, however I think amber is safer. It's amazing that Audi goes out of its way

to design all-red lenses for US market, especially in older 100 series cars, they look so much better here than in Europe.

All over the world people use them as "confirmation signals", indicating "Sure, I know I'm turning!"
