Default Rear windows "louvers"

Does anyone know about these rear window louvers on this car. I think that it looks good, but I wonder if it will completely adversely affect rear view (or if it is considered an obstruction). It is not listed as a part on the site it comes from http://www.estrictlyforeign.com/
Also, I saw in a post from Jenner a while ago that there is a metal piece on the back bumper of a black TT, that covers the piece between the exhaust pipes. It is detailed with divots all around and it looks like a brushed "TT" logo in the middle. If anyone can help please e-mail me or post. BTW TTQC 225 2 weeks old, already tinted, ordered forge BPV and new air filter. Thanks.

Default Make me think of Late 70's-Early 80's Camaro! Kind of like the one in Fast Time at Ridgemont High...

The spoiler is also very cool and available from http://www.estrictlyforeign.com/.
I don't mind the flames really, I was just curious about the rear louvers, but I am interested in getting the rear bumper metal piece if available. See the above thread for description.
