Replaced PS fluid (used silicone line ext on return side into wtg bottle and just sucked
up fluid from clean 1 litre bottle (using supply line)).
3X of running the car for 2 seconds produced fresh green fluid in waiting catch bottle.
Other than running it a bit (already done) and taking for a test drive, anything else to be aware of?
Noticed a few tiny bubbles in reservoir, but figure that's just a tiny amount of air.
BTW, do the PS lines get hot...I mean REALLY hot during operation?

Hope you used Pentosin....
And that mystery oil cleaner you seem to like putting in your systems didn't trash the Rack seals!.....:-)
Mix anything different with proprietary Pentosin fluids and bad things start to happen..

It was Pentosin (only the good stuff).
"Mystery oil" has worked VERY well for me in past (w/Audis). All it does is in the PS system is condition old seals.
I suppose the worse than can happen is having to replace the entire PS system. Let's hope that's not the case.
