Default Replacing cluster

I think I'm gonna do it. (Go to the stealer and replace my instrument cluster) The tachometer is jumping around like crazy and the display (although not that bad) is fading out. If I blow my engine up at the track because of the tach, I'll never forgive myself.

So is there anyone out there with some advice for me? What dealer (in SoCal) should I go or not go to? How much should I expect to pay?

Thanks for the help!

I wouldn't waste your money ... I sent mine to them (twice) and ended up replacing it at the dealer.

Default Several others have had success. I understand your feeling, but they are capable of repairing some

things.

If the cluster was replaced in '05 is it still prone to failure?
