Default Replacing DV to Recirc. valve (N249) hose

Hi all,

I need to replace the small diameter hose that goes between the DV and N249. The diameter on the DV side appears to be different than that at the N249 so I could't just replace it with a straight hose, plus there needs to be two right angle bends which complicates matters. Audi is asking for over $160 CAD for this (ouch). I would like to replace it with silicon hose.

Should I use two right angled adaptors and pieces of straight silicon hose for this. What are the actual diameters I need at the DV side and at the N249 side? Which is the best place to source these supplies (preferrably in Canada)?

Thanks,

Henry

Default Just use a 6mm ID piece of silicone...>>

No 90 degree fittings necessary. Silicone os pretty flexible. $5 oughta do it..
