Replacing rotors?

I just purchased some new drilled/slotted rotors to upgrade my brakes. This will be my first performance upgrade because I thought I could do it myself. I'm looking at my repair manual however and I don't really see specific instructions on replacing rotors. I see reference to something they call the "Brake Disc" but they say the "Rotor is welded to wheel hub". Does this mean I have to replace the "wheel hub" whatever that means?
Is this a DIY job or will I need someone to install my new rotors instead??

Pretty simple process, but the screw is often frozen on, as are the rotors. Use liberal amounts of anti-seize on the new ones (screws and rotors) so that next time they come off easily, and you should use a new screw if you damaged the old one - though technically you don't really need the screw at all.
