Default I did call Danny before I posted the question. I'm just trying to gauge how much this is gonna add

to a more typically modded car like mine...chip, exhaust, etc.

Default If you have a chip, exhaust, FMIC, Intake, boost machine, you have a "ton" of extras

Ive got all of that c'ept for the FMIC.

Default No offensive, but that is not a ton of extras when being defined by Dahlback, those are just the

basics.

Their 300 hp 225 has New exhaust manufold with separate wastegate, turbo, cats, exhaust, fuel injectors, pressure pipes, air supply pipes and programming.

Default Pretty much what I was thinking, that's a lot of $$ for an unverified # of ponies.

I guess that's the chance you take to get a good deal on one. Probably worth it. I'm leaning toward throwing my $$ in on it.

Default But, You're pretty well maxed...>>

Getting 30 more when you're close to the edge (300hp) is a might optimistic. Not to bring a downer to the party, but Dahlback stuff is highly modified and generally big HP. With big Turbos, 2.0 kit, head work, etc. this design would be optimal (and probably what it was designed to augment). Stock with bolt-ons, you're not gonna see this kind of increase..

I'm thinking of it as well.

True enough, but it will be worth something. I am more than willing to be the guinea pig.

I'd say that it's a safe assumption, if you've got the other mods to back it up.

Default Not true Steve. The car which the 30hp came from was only set apart by a larger turbo.. it wasn't a

2.0, or serious full dahlback conversion. It was likely a K16 or MAYBE a K24.. but I think the prior.

I can guarantee (from my experience with EH alone) that it'll be a very noticeable increase.
