Technically only if the exhaust system is attributable to a specific problem that you are attempting to have covered by the warranty.

Then again, I think this would apply in the same manner to installing a 225 exhaust on a 180. Either way you've modified the car's original design.

I bought my TT out of warranty but from what I've heard some dealers are stricter than others. Regardless, the above rule applies by law in most if not all states. You should have no problem.
