Default I have the AVS sports now>>>

Excellent rain tire! Good dry grip, low noise and great ride... however

After the tread wears down some the things get brick hard and seem to loose alot of grip. My old BFG comp ta's.. POS that they were, actually gripped more in the dry... at least it seemed that way to me.

I wish the S02 pole position came in a 225/40/18... those tires kick total ***!! (dad uses them)

On a purely aesthetic basis, the Nitto looks better. The Yoko looks too radicle for me

Default Tire Rack dot com has this great feature comparator

where you can compare the industry standard wet traction, dry traction and tread life ratings. Pick the patterns you like the best and then look there. The ones with the V grooves are like that for water expulsion I think.
