Default RH AG-Cuprad 5x100 bolt pattern

is this the normal bolt pattern or will I need converter/spacers?

You will need adapters for the bolt pattern. They will put the offset almost back to stock.

Default I have an extra set of 20 mm spacers/adapters I'd be willing to part with....

I got an extra set when I got my RH wheels. If you go with 10 inch wide rear wheels and have a 225 Quattro you will need 25 mm spacers, but these will work on non quattro models for sure and on any TT if you only get the 8.5 inch wide rears. Send me an email if you're interested.

And by the way, they're brand new...were on my car for less than a week.
