Right tie rod has "play"

Went to get a front end alignment and they claimed that the right front tie rod has some play. Does this mean it needs to be replaced? Or is it just a matter of adjustment?

Replace, or else they'd have adjusted it to tolerance.

I would replace it...and if you do the right front, do the left too..>>>

then you do not have to worry about it again for quite some time...IMO
