It's possible
You have to have a relatively small bag(Ping Hoofer type bags), and take the longer clubs(woods, long irons) out of the bags. Then put the bags into the trunk horizontally, and put the clubs over them either diagonally or with the grips in the little extention of the trunk(at the very front of the trunk)
