Default You should come down on either Saturday for our Long Island neet or on Sunday for auto-X at the

Nassau Coliseum.

It is up near the overhead light switches. At the headliner.

I have the radar system and it sucks. False alarms constantly. That's why it was discontinued.

Default Also, the TTR's "radar" system is different than the TTC motion detector, as I understand it...

Audi really made quite a fuss about the supposed sophistication of this system. I believe I wrote something on this way back when. However, the reality is that the system is garbage.

I couldn't even begin to count the number of false alarms that I've experienced. I've had this problem addressed several times, and I've had the sensitivity reduced. Next visit I'm going to ask them to disable it.

Default Mine works perfectly and it actually stopped someone from lifting a down vest back in February.

Plus it has never had a false alarm. I must be one of the few it works for!

Default Mine works great as well. Not a single false alarm to report but it absolutely...

...detects cabin intrusion. I bet you can get it retrofitted pretty easily.

Default Mine only falses under certain conditions: Michael revs his car in the garage, Michael's son revs...

his car outside the garage or plays his car boom box (ummm, I mean stereo), or a motorcycle rumbles by very close. If I leave it armed in the garage, I have to disable the interior sensor. Other than that, no problem.

Default Re: Nice combo!! Green looks sweeet with the optic.

Thanks,
I'm really looking forward to getting it. I held out over the other combo's. The dealer really wanted me to buy the 2001 green/green/green. I held out but the problem was there were no green/baseball optic on the east coast. So, I decided instead of ordering a 2001 to be delivered in sep/Oct it would be better to get the 2002 to be delivered in Oct/Nov.

Cheers
