Default Rrrrrrrr.....Ok..I am having issues with Audi, I need input ->>>

This is the story:

I took delivery of my '01 TT coupe 225 in July. The passenger door had a 'ding' just under the rear view mirror. The dealer promised it would be fixed. Well, to make a long story short, it has been in atleast three seperate occasions to fix the ding, then the paint, then the paint again. So on and so forth. A few days ago I noticed that the door is a different color than the rest of the car. This is not good. Now the car has 10500K on it and I finally had to call Audi Customer care. At the moment, I have not heard back. I am not happy...I just want it fixed. Any thoughts?

Eventually they'll repaint the entire car...plus several cars around it, and you'll be fine.

"plus several cars around it" - thats the truth. They left overspray on the entire car last time...

Default try this...

...ask around and find the best paint/body shop in town and insist that the dealer send you there to have the work done, since obviously they have been unable to rememdy the situation after several attempts. I know of someone here locally who had a similar problem, and that worked for him.

good luck!
