I think my constant hard acceleration and decel. gave this newer Rx7 the impression I wanted to race him. The weather is a bit wet and I didn't even realise he wanted to race until he pulled next to me at a stop light on redmond way(fallcity road). A few revs(from the RX7) and a extremely long pealout and I was already at the next red light. The guy didn't seem too happy and got out of his car for reasons unknown. I didn't want to know what he wanted to do and wasn't sticking around to find out so I ran the light. Scary stuff..... Driving my 200 tommorrow.
JasonC

Had a 94 RX-7.....It was soooo much faster than my 180Q. At the time it just about smoked everything on the road. It was a great car but not made very well. More problems than it was worth. By the way, all 3rd generation RX-7's are Twin Turbo.
2000 Silver TTQC

A good smooth start can make a difference- particularly, if the other guy is leaving $20 of rubber behind.
JHC

sliding. The next redlight wasn't too far away either, but just wanted to share how scary it was.
JasonC

other way when you ran the light to get away from this a@@hole in wet conditions.
Really getting concerned that our driving strategies will make us look like the yuppie Camaro Z28 set.
