Default S4 DIY 1 - 20 psi Update, Thought You TT'ers may be interested.

<center><img src="http://www.members.***.net/shokwave/forsale/audis4boostandafmtemplate.gif"></center><p>This may be adaptable for your TTs, but I am not sure if the Instrument Cluster has the same dimensions.

I have completed the semi-final draft of the Drilling template for the S4 Tach dial. you can see it attached to this post. It places 20 3mm LEDs equispaced in a semi-circle similar to O.CT's implementation but uses round instead of rectangular LEDs. (easy to drill) I also added 10 3mm LEDs for a proposed Air Fuel Meter which is also badly needed on a tuned S4. The Yellow lettering represents the actual proposed lettering but it will be in White not Yellow. the Boost Numbers speak for themselves, but the Airfuel Meter lettering means as follows: L = Lean N = Normal Cruise T = Turbo Acceleration and R = Rich. Obviously A/F = Air Fuel.

If you have any comments please let me know soon before I start drilling my dash. Full explanations with installation instructions will be on my web site when I am finished, and I have some photos of the finished unit. The Electronics design is complete and fully tested for boost the S4 OEM Map Sensor, and a standalone version that uses a separate Pressure Sensor. Some info. is available on my web site but it is far from complete.

Happy New Year to you all.

Easy enough to do, would use 25 LEDs to be Linear though!
