I decided to get it towed to the dealership 'cause the front right wheel arm was bent- my dealership has the worst body shop so I wanted to get the wheel fixed at the dealer & the body done at a shop I trust. Told the tow truck driver NOT to take to Audi body shop but to the dealer--then I called dealer(Scottsdale Audi) & told them I was having a seperate body shop to do the work & for them to just fix the mechanics. 1Hour later the tow guy calls & says Audi told him to take it to THEIR body shop. I say"NO" take car back to Audi. I call Audi & the guy I told NOT to take to body shop is out to lunch & failed to tell anyone about my car---I HATE Scottsdale Audi!!!!!

1. TT's are uncommon here and I know they've worked on some before, at least 2 front ends.
2. Body work will be done by the shop, mechanicals will be done by the dealer, whom I trust. I have this from the service manager of the dealer and the manager of the body shop.
3. Mine's a lease and if it's 95% then it's OK for 7 more months. If it were not a lease I'd be dumping it. Never saw a car fixed right from more than a scratch.
4. Body shop is across the street from work, as is the dealer. Enterprise rentacar was right there too. One stop shopping convenience.
I have 21 days of rental on this Buick. Any bets on whether they can get it done on time?
TTahoe, hang in there buddy. We'll have to bitch and moan together about the repair process for therapy.

for a repair job(that i've seen) was done by Autometrics in Michigan...on a E320 wagon...the car was messed up pretty badly on the side and looked like it had some serious damage. When finished, it looked brand new..and no rattles or anything...
