calculated based on the measured MAF air flow rate and the stoichiometry. I'll have to search to find it. When I do I'll post it.
But if this is the case, then the MAF does directly control the calculation and the 1.11 factor applies. IF not then it is more muddled.

with a 4 bar and the computer knows nothing about this little juggling act...
The fuel is definitely measured by the injector rate Using the known 386cc delivery rate (at 3 bar). The 4 bar alters this by +25% though..
Only the down stream readings by the 02 catch it.
So...Less air being recorded by the MAF, but more fuel actually being delivered by the 4 bar....With the 02 balancing it all out, the net effect is probably marginal (since the STF's and LTF's come in within a few %) I think the .11 you're assuming is not realistic in the overall calculation..
